Kandola Law offers free initial consultations for criminal charges. This is a one-on-one 30-minute meeting to assess your situation where you will be provided a quote for legal services. Fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the charges or the complexity of the legal issue.

A retainer is an initial deposit to have Kandola Law represent you in your legal matter. In an effort to keep our services affordable, you can set up a payment plan for the remainder of the quoted fee. However, fees have to be paid in their entirety prior to the conclusion of your legal matter.

Kandola Law does accept legal aid contracts. If you are unable to afford legal representation, please contact Legal Aid BC to determine if you are eligible for legal aid representation.
